How It Works
Upload your PDF file and create your signature by drawing it with your mouse or touchscreen, or upload a signature image (PNG, JPG). Once created, navigate through PDF pages using Previous/Next buttons. The signature appears as a draggable and resizable overlay on the PDF preview. Drag it to the desired position and resize by dragging the corner handle. Click 'Sign PDF' to embed your signature into the selected page. The tool uses pdf-lib to embed the signature directly into the PDF file. Download the signed PDF ready to send. All processing happens in your browser — your documents and signatures are never uploaded to any server.

How do I create my signature?
Click 'Draw Signature' to draw with your mouse or touchscreen, or click 'Upload Signature' to use an existing image of your signature.
Can I resize the signature?
Yes! Drag the blue corner handle on the signature overlay to resize it to your preferred size.
Can I sign multiple pages?
Currently, you sign one page at a time. Use the Previous/Next buttons to navigate to the desired page, position the signature, and click 'Sign PDF'.
My PDF shows 'Please wait...' message — what's wrong?
That message comes from your PDF itself, not from our tool. It appears when the PDF is an XFA form (Adobe dynamic form) and you open it in a viewer that doesn't support XFA (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). When we detect such a PDF, you'll see a yellow warning box with a 'Convert to Standard PDF' button. Click it to flatten the PDF — pages will be rendered as images so the result opens correctly in any viewer. Note: form interactivity is lost, but visible content is preserved.
Is my signature secure?
Yes! Everything happens in your browser. Your signature and PDF are never sent to any server. The signed PDF is created locally on your device.
What file formats are supported for signature images?
You can upload PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, or any common image format. PNG with transparent background works best.
